At Ghorardim Toy BD, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be returned immediately while the delivery personnel is present. Returns requested after the delivery has been completed may not be accepted.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
